You are going to expensive for A/V. They make TV transmitters to transmit the A/V, and you can get the transmitter and a reciever together for less then $30. You can then make 2 or 3 duplicates, or you can buy them for under $20 each. I think it was Gannon(not sure though) who posted a link in the other thread, and I have seen them cheaper then that, and they have great sized ranges("you can watch what your neighbour watches" kind of ranges). Like I said, unless you use rumble/controller/memory paks, you only need one direction, which means only 3 or 4 transmitters/receivers. You can get these pretty cheap if you shop around. I know that I have even seen GC WaveBirds for less than $20.
Max cost if you're smart(and use 4 controllers and a master base): $90 A/V + $100 data. With screens and cases, this shouldn't cost you more than $325, but hey, if you want to play with 3 neighbours in different houses, it is the only way to go. If you shop for good deals, you can probably come in well under $300.
Like I said, you could go with wires, but if you want wireless, it is easier than it sounds.

ok her it is my plan
i will have a dock which will have a power in/av in/av out/ all the data required for system link
on the docke there will be RCA connection for the avin/out and then an ethernet cable will link to an empty n64 shell which will have 4 control ports and an av out
