What were your biggest problems?

Everyone who has attempted to make a portable PSone, what were the hardest things for you?

I'm just wondering so I could keep these things in mind. I'm thinking there are probably small things that you don't really think about causing problems until they happen.

If there is a thread about this, I appologize, I've read through a lot of posts here, but I may have missed it.

my batteries got really really hot the my psone caught on fire for like a second but other than that it seems pretty easy i never got to finishing
