what is the difference between AA, AAA, C, D ect. they all have 1.5v
does anyone know?

Basically, the larger the battery, the more the amperage.

Yeah, the actual amperage of each size differs depending on the type and brand, but alkaline AAs usually have 1600-1800 mAh, I believe, though it's been getting higher recently.

Depends what car it is for. Radioshack is usually 2100mAh.

All batteries vary. You might not even be able to find Energizer Ni-MH where you live.

Where did you find those charts? I want to look up the amperage ratings for Maxell AAs (box of 40 for 10 bux! Woo hoo!), Rayovac alkalines, and rayovac rechargable alkalines. (and my RC car battery, a Nikko 1296, unless the Intec screenpad won't work on 9.6 volts, which really wouldn't be a problem because I could add 2 strong AAs to bring it up to 12...)

Get those of the manufacture's website. I got those from Energizer.com, but they only have Energizer and one line of Eveready batteries.
