psone screen power usage

does anyone know how many volts and amps a psone screen runs off of?

Sorry I didn't tell you this earlier, it just dawned on me...

I still don't know how much power it takes, but I'm pretty sure it runs off of about 8 volts (7.5?) At any rate, it's the same as the PSone, voltage-wise.

I dont know about the off brand one that you linked to but the offical one runs off 7.5 volts this realy is not the correct section and all the information you need about psone screen is already stickyed

Email the seller. It usually says somewhere on the box.

Its probably 7.2 volts if it gets power through the psone. Ive heard that those are crappy quality however. the Sony brand screen is better

take the voltage, and divide it by thw Watts, that = current. My Verge screen which is repacked PS1 screen is 7.5V @ 10W which = 750mA (thats milliamps). got it?
