How about people stop complaining bout newbs and be friendly to them.

just tellin them no or search won't make them think nice of us then they will do the same type of thing when another newb comes along.

Yes they have all been answered before but just be nice and tell them why they can't or post a link to a post that explains why they can't.

Newbies are a fact of life and ben released a book so of course new ppl would come the same thing happened when ben was in WIRED mag but we didn't complain and leave cause of it we were nice and helped them and what happened? the became senior memebrs and helped other people
