I too hate going through the spam and the useless topics. I'm fine with most of the video game talk (cept for the "PSP/DS sucks" thing) but I always look here for a new, original, cool idea that someone did/found. Hopefully this spam topic thing will stop by summer time.

I once suggested that a system be put into place. There would be a 10 page guide on forum management and etiquet. A new member would read this, and then answer a somewhat long quiz, if you get lower than 60% your membership is denied.
