Its not that hard to do, you just need to go slow and very careful, the ps1 screen is very fragile, http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,1 ... 354,00.asp complete guide here, by far the best ive seen for just about any mod for anything

Easier said than done. The LCD, button assemblies, and N64 mobo all screw down on the front plate . The buttons are just tact switches on a radioshack perf board cut to size (the N64 buttons are glued on to the tact switches). As for mounting stuff, I made screw pegs with layered styrene (big suprise). Just drilled a hole slightly smaller than the screw and let it thread itself when I put the screws in for the first time. The only parts that are attached to the back piece, which is the rest of the case, are the L, R, and Z buttons and the controller circuit.
nice job, im interested to see how this styrene stuff works out, if u have any issues, let us know, im still gonna go w/ my classic radioshack box, its what ive always used, so ima give that one more go
Nice Job but I'm wondering: I saw four player slots. those that mean that you have the ability to have five players playing,You being Player 1, right? how can you make that possible.
