The standard ribbon cable, around 0.050" spacing, commonly used in computers for many years not including the ATA-100 or 133 cable? I have a spool of 500 feet of 20 conductor grey cable that I got for a song. I've used quite a bit for modding and other electronic projects so I don't know how much is left, maybe 450 feet?
Interested? I'm thinking probably 25 cents a foot plus shipping from Michigan, USA. eBay seems to be about $2/meter or about 63 cents a foot.
