this is a little off topic, but at school, the recycling club started selling the stupidest things. they were little sponges with eyes glued on them. i would have passed them over, but on the poster, it told their names, spongebetty, spongebilly and spongebobby. the only thing i could think of is, 'Spongebuell is quite the ladies man!'

evan if you rince out used sponges they still have a lot of bacteria in them

I'm a good sponge. I shower in bleach. It's not good on the eyes (yes, sponges have eyes) but I get nice and sanitized.

Speaking of bacteria, did you know that if you keep earphones/earplugs in your ears for just one hour, the bacteria in your ears will increase by more than 700 times.
