Xbox 360 controller for a quadriplegic

Hey guys I'm a c6 quad with limited hand use and I need a modded controller and was wondering if anyone out there might be able to help me. I would need the lt, rt, lb, and rb to have 2.5 mono plugs wired into these buttons so I could use a bite switch or other push button switches. I would also need the thumbstick click buttons relocated and lb. If anyone can help me out pm me please. I would be willing to pay also. Thanks guys!!!
