He will certainly be remembered as one of the great leaders of our generation. If you've ever watched one of his keynote speeches, you know that he had this extraordinary ability to convince you that the product in question was something you had to have. I don't think that the innovation at Apple will stop, but I do wonder how well they will do without someone as charismatic as Steve Jobs announcing new products.

Fight MS Paint abominations! If you don't have a camera, go here, and pick something 3 megapixels or higher.
I wasnt suprised when I heard the news... But yes, it IS an undenyable loss of a great man. But maybe this is a chance for a new player to make things even more interesting. Apple is still making patents, and they have a huge office campus in the works. Hopefully stockholders dont lose too much confidence...
everyone before you cares, and so far everyone after you does too.

anyways... mr jobs was not near as great a person as his partner wozniac was to me, but mr jobs was indeed incredibly gifted in ways that allowed him to become incredibly successful for himself and others he pulled "under his wing" in his friends and employees over the years, and was an incredible financial and guiding success for his company and several others he did things for as he lived. he has my respect and I truly hope he is in a better place now.
