GBA cartridge mod. Need some help.

Post by ChooChooBot »

I was digging around in my house and found my pokemon emerald game. I recently modded my Pokemon Crystal cartridge to have an LED inside. I was wondering is this Possible to do in a GBA cartridge? If so what pins are the anode and cathode? I'm just a little confused on where I would solder to.

I have actually added LED's to my pokemon crystal version before too :D And I just cracked open my emerald version to try and help, but the board is not marked with any + or - symbols like a GBC cart... I would assume though, that the far right and left pins would be where to hook up the led's, just like in the GBC cart

Ahh well I abandoned this project awhile ago. I ruined a perfectly good emerald in the process, but nothing ventured nothing gained.

From my memory, the far right is ground, and far left is voltage.

There are pinouts on the net you know... lol
