Building an LCD controller

I'm trying to build a portable n64, so far I have salvaged a 7" LCD (LB070W02) from a broken DVD player. I've searched for several hours and so far I have found this http://www.pointchips.com/products/pp708.php it lists the LCD as being compatible. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Well, if you can program a microcontroller to decode the signals and output them to the correct pins, then sure it is possible.


Also, can we get a mod / admin to move this to the LCD section?
