Wouldn't it be great to find some way to help keep ben's costs down, i mean so he has to spend less money?
Like, no offense but 325 dollars is one hell of a lot to pay for an atari, in whatever form it happens to be in.
Also consider that the new PSP costs around 300 bucks too, and is a lot faster and newer to say the least. (and smaller, and lighter, and runs longer, and better graphics)
I guess that nostalgia really does cost a lot, but being a poor and bitter little man I believe it should cost a lot less.
But I respect Ben's work and I guess that I would buy one if I actually had the money, so keep on going Ben with the good work, and I will keep on watching the site.

You can make your own, you can make one for under 100 dollars, just wont nearly match the quality of Ben's work, nor his quality parts.

Ben needs to make some money on the portables. It takes along time and a lot of money to make them, and he uses the money to fund his movies and pay his bills, so I doubt the prices could go much lower.
