Mortal Kombat 2 Cart freezes?

Hey guys.

I have an odd issue with a MK2 cartridge I have for snes.

This cart must have been dropped or something. But upon booting; the beginning logos show up and the text is a little weird. But then right before the title screen, the game freezes.

I have cleaned the contacts, I have tried inserting the cartridge board without the case to make sure it wasnt a physical obstruction, I have tried it on multiple SNES's. All of the same issue.

I have opened up the board and I see nothing of suspicion. No damaged parts, nothing. Flawless.

Any ideas?

Check for damaged pins and solder joints while you're at it.
