The led power indicator can just be the led that was attached to the n64 mobo, or you could take it a step further and attach the led to the power switch so the led will be indicating that the batteries are on instead of just the n64 being on. As for the audio amp I would recommend the psone screen for the case your using because it comes with built in speakers.

Well there's a circuit that you can build for that but I don't know how to build it. There's a guy on the forums named mario, he should be able to help you out.
