Ultra Portable Genesis

Hello,

I'm new here. I've been wanting to make portable consoles for a while now, but I don't know where to start. Especially since I don't really have any money to work with.

I was thinking of making a really tiny Genesis Portable, based on this hardware:

I need a plan first, though. How would I make a case for it? What would be really good, really tiny screen, and/or really cheap for such a thing?
