8 Bit Comics

Post by bicostp »

Comic strips based off NES graphics! Who knew such a thing existed? Not I until I browsed I-Mockery. Here is a sample of their "Pixel Pals" comic.

Pixel Pals on I-Mockery.com- "The End of 8-bit Innosence."Parental guidance suggested This one's funny, and they just get better!

Grr, I can't find this one site about Metroid. One comic was like this
Blue Samus: Why do these platform stay up in the air?
Red Samus: Who cares?
Blue Samus: Well, they shouldn't be like that!
*Platforms fall, and they crash on Blue Samus*
Red Samus: Never trust video game physics.
Another like this
Red Samus: The energy pack upgrade has to be here somewhere?
Blue Samus jumps and hits a wall, wall falls, and crashes down on Blue Samus.
Red Samus: I swear this place is made of bubble gum and bubble gum wrappers!
There were many more. Some funny, some just plain out hillarious.

I'd ask if you watch RFR, but last time I did that, we spent 2 pages talking about the phrase "cool beans". Anyways, you stole my line!

i'm a huge fan of http://www.nuklearpower.com's 8-bit theater. i'd recommend watching the first 4 movies, then reading the comics, because it's a lot easier on the clicking. thief cracks me up, stealing everythign in sight, and all fighter can talk about is swords and shiny stuff. they're high-larious on a cennar level.
