How do I make a gamecube portable?

Title says most. I kinda know how to make one but I wanna use the wii key sd card solution to slim it down more. But I wanna have it so my friends and I can play on the portable and watch it on a tv.
I do not have any needing tools for this portable like a, dremal and a multi meter, soldering iron and filers.

Having AV out and Extra controller ports will be easy to do, but they'll add size. Here's almost everything you need to know in making a gcp.
