Sure is.
Mine was $120 just because I wanted a perfect condition one for collecting and that was with NOTHING. Just the standard stuff that SEGA shipped with it.
(But I downloaded all the games and self booted them anyway. Shhhh)

That's not bad at all. My Dreamcast cost me over 150$, recently and it came with nothing

Luckily enough I found out a Greek general videogaming forum post of a guy selling his sega collections
I also got from him this with 90 euros
Saturn boxed very nice condition and boxed with manuals pal the following games
