For QuickTime: for movies with the controls at the bottom, GET QUICKTIME PRO! You can then click the rightmost button and select "Save as QuickTime movie". I did, and I'm never going back to the free version.

If it is online, right click, and click "Save as" or something similar. Most sites just have Bittorrant links though.

click on the links it gives you, and look on that page until you find the song this "u" person is looking for.
