ok, i have no idea were to start, if someone could guide me through this that would be sweet, ok so first i want to replace the triggers with these spst momentary pushbutton switches i bought how do i do this?

Well, what exactly are you trying to do? Wire tac switches to the controller board, or wire the controller board to the n64?

Well once you take apart the controller you will notice there are solder pads labelled with what button they control, all you do is positive to the solder pad and solder negative to ground and your done. Past that you just got to mount the spst switch on the case. All you really have to do is follow the traces.
