According to this it's a 2.7" 240x160 color screen. They have been able to install Linux on the boxes.

So I was cleaning out my garage and found a box of these! I remember buying a bunch of these to do different hacks with. They were perfect for digital photo frames, but I never did get to it. I've got 7 of them that are sealed brand new! Just asking $5 each.

They were like music/video players for kids I think. You can get cartridges that plug into the device and let you enjoy mp3's or video files. I'm not 100% sure though.
