psp faceplate problem please reply NOW | URGENT

i just replaced the psp faceplate with my XCM crystal red, but somehow, the bottom screw on the psp wont' budge, and the screen is now all weird-ed up

it looks like thin black bars are acrtoss the screen, but the very bottom if it still works

is there any other place besides gamestop that i can send it to them so they can repair it, or is there someone online HERE willing to help me on this

never mind; at first, i DID spaz out, but im able to fix it, and my replacement screen will arrive next week
