Bluetooth components - where to buy?

I wanted to build a bluetooth controller and was curious about how much bluetooth components cost for something like this. Wasn't sure exactly what parts i'd need other than a receiver and transmitter. Is this stuff expensive vs RF wireless stuff? How difficult is it to program in relation?

What is the controller. First Start.
Where would the receiver go, Console, Computer, etc. Second Start.
I DONT CARE ABOUT POST COUNT.
