Looking for compatable Micro SdHC card for adapter

hey, i got this adapter on ebay and here's the link to it

when i received it, i expected it to come with the sdhc card for it, but it didn't, so does anyone know what shdc card would work with it and how large it can get (in terms of storage space, of course)

and also, when i use the adapter fully with both slots occupied, does it split the data evenly and store it in those two sdhc cards, or does it storr all data onto one card,and then uses the other one
