I have this game pad color performence but it won't work!
It has this weird switch on the back(on side has a stick man running
the other side has nothing) and I think that has something to do with it.

Sounds like the switch is for turbo fire. (emulates pressing a button over and over extremely rapidly.)

I don't think it is for a turbo because there is another switch on the
front labled turbo.
