So I just found out that my upcoming GCp named Halcyon (found here: http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=38646" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) has the same name as a 1985 console, (found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halcyon_%28console%29" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) albeit it only has two games...
I want your opinions... Is it morally wrong for me to keep the title?

Legally someone might own that trademark and ideally you'd have another name. But what's in a name?

Your project is distinct both in form and function from the previous one, and provided you have distinct markings people can reasonably be expected to know one is not the other.

So Halcyon would, were it not Halcyon call'd,
Retain that dear perfection which it owes
Without that title.
