Gamecube Psone Screen Hook-up diagram(also so info on mobo)

Can someone direct to a diagram that will show where to hook up all the wires? I am a extreme newb and wanted this info for future projects.

I have also found out that to tell the mobo type without taking apart is to look at the sticker on the bottom

You can also tell if it's a rev c if it doesn't have a digital port.
