WTS: nearly finished nes portable (made with real hardware)

Post by themadhacker »

I am here to present this somewhat ugly nes portable I have made. it was almost done, but the damn thing wouldn't close. I have been working on this forever now and would like money instead. the features are a second controller port, av out, led and brightnes modded psone screen, internal cartridge slot, 3600 mah li-ion batteries, and a cool looking black sabbath decal.

now the top plastic piece where the cartridge inserts is kind of broken and may need replacing unless you can abs or bondo it back together. that's it from me, let the pics say the rest.

oh, and it will come with the charger. the charger just needs a 9v adapter plugged into it to charge, but Im keeping the one I have because it's for my dvd player. so any 9v source plugged into the charger box will work.

I have totaled up the cost in parts for this and it has cost me over $160 plus about 50 hours of labor involved, so I'm looking for any offers of $180 and over. Keep in mind that this uses REAL nes hardware so it will be 100% compatable with all your games.

bump! ok, I charged the batteries and started playing with it. It works 100%. with the right size wires, this could be slimmed down and would be able to fit together snugly. i just don't have patience for doing that kind of thing. I want this sold so I can go make myself another one, this time, perhaps with a famicom slot too.

I have a video of it now http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbyw43PNoWI" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
