It is $10.31 USD for First Class Mail International and $27.50 USD for Priority Mail International (6-10 days)

The delivery for First Class Mail International will depend on the New Zealand Post.

UPS and FedEx were over $100, so obviously unreasonable.

I also have 50-pin SCSI Motherboard headers I'm about to post on here - if you bend the pins out a bit, they will plug into the N64 board and allow you to use a SCSI cable to redirect the cartridge slot. (I noticed you had a guide of your own, this just simplifies that to one plug and one cable)

I can't - $40 is the minimum I can take for the screens - $52 shipped to New Zealand is really cheap too.
