HELP plzz Im new at this!

OK I NEED HELP!
ok here is what i have..
1.n64
2.my frankencase..
3.n64 controller
4. the step down regulator..the PTZ8080WAZ or whatever its called..
thats it. i need the psone screen and some battery help i no how to set up the screen its just i havnet got it yet :/
But the real reason i made this is so someone can help me with the battery,charging, and how to hook it all up..
Im wondering if i can use this for my batterys (2 only im hoping and how much time of play ill get from them.
