PT78HT233 DC/DC Converter?????????

Hey, I'm a new member and is my first post on the forum (so don't kill me).

Ok so i'm checking up and down for this PT78HT233 DC/DC Converter on TI and i just can't seem to get it so i call them up
long story short i need to get from some other people. Problem all these other people want money for it.
Yes i'm very cheap. If anyone knows if i didn't something wrong with TI or where to get one for FREE i wanna know.

try a pth08080, i've seen them used in some portables.
