Hey everyone,
I was hoping somebody could help me find this controller by Ben heck for sale.
http://www.google.com/m/search?site=ima ... 0front#i=0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
sorry I can't link it up, I am on my cell-phone.
I am disabled and know this would work perfectly for me. Well kinda, I would need the two buttons on the right handle to be L1 & L2 but that's beside the point.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Looking for ps3 controller
thanks for the reply hifeno,
I actually thought of doing that but the likelyhood of him even reading my email I am sure would be very slim. Plus even if Ben were to do the mod, I could see it costing over $500 just because Ben Heck is building it. The guy is a mastermind and I would charge the same if I were him. Not that I am not willing to pay somebody to build it for me because I can, and probably will, but I was just wondering if anybody knew if anything like it was in the market.
All I would actually need done is have L1 & L2 added where the right handle is. The original L1 & L2 wouldn't need to be moved at all. Kinda like this:

If I couldn't find one on the market, I was hoping to pay about $100 for somebody to do it. Along with a ps button led mod and status indicator mod.
So IDK

Ta-da.

These buttons were from an old pre-analog knock off PS1 controller that Traction bought and sent it along so I could see about installing those buttons versus some Tact switches or some other type of buttons. These still feel like they did on the old controller as the internal button pads and contacts were reused, and they're already labeled plus go with the layout pretty well since they're that PS style button anyway, so in they went. The Rumble motor had to be removed for these to fit, which wasn't an issue as Traction is used to the older pre-rumble PS3 controllers anyway and wanted them both removed.
The PS button has a slow changing rainbow colored 3mm LED installed and the player LEDs have been changed to Green also.

Apologies for the audio, the mic on my camera be a picky one indeed, and the video quality really does nothing for how this looks in person.

Screwing up is one of the best learning tools, so long as the only thing you're not learning is how to screw up.

control works and looks perfect. If anybody needs anything like this done, go with RDC. Great pricing too.
