AOAC?

Post by biubid_boy »

I may be making an Atari Portable using an AOAC, but it does not have any of the switches like difficulty ect. But it does have a SELECT button. Is this on the actual console? Also, where can i find an Atari cartridge slot and not buy an Atari?

Thanks!

well considering its already portable (in the sence it runs off batteries) it would be easy to make it fully portable but....now dont hold me to this....i think you would be limited to the games already programmed into the system....

i've noticed on mine that some things are different...like the flickering.
if i rember correctly the flickering was just and easy way to use 1 character in multiple spot on the screen.

but then again i dont know toooo much about this thing...i guess i would if it took it apart

edit: 100

I think it's because it uses emulators to play the games or something... :(

I might still make it, but just to get experience because it will be my first portable!

yeah, you'd be limited to the games there, since these only emulate the 2600. Ben's 4x4 plans make it small enough anyway, try that out.

I'll be honest with you - I would have never guessed that.

Also, which pocket T.V runs off 4 batteries? (Just so it's all the same voltage.)

almost all pocket tvs runs off of 4AAs (6v)...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I'll make my portable from the AOAC anyway, because I don't have any Atari Games.
