Making Progress (have a question)

Post by PyGuy »

I have two batteries. One is a 3.3 amp 7.2v battery. The other is a 2 amp 7.2v battery. I am getting the orange light from the controller input board (good, i guess...) but I'm also getting a red light on the PicoPSU and the disk isn't spinning.

Any help would be great.
Thanks in advance.

The standard PicoPSU only works with 12Volts input. Unless you have the Wide Input PicoPSU, your batteries won't work with it properly.

I don't think you're supposed to mix batteries unless are exactly the same capacity and are of the same brand, same type of battery whatever.
