xbox 360 composite on Phono jack help?

hey guys,

i need some help... i was trying to solder the composite cables to a few rca phono jacks for a project i am working on. the audio works fine but for some reason the video works but its like it kinda wavy, like its not just the image on the screen but it moves around a lot. maybe ghosting...? need some ideas so i can finish this project. thanks!!
