a while back i started hunting for an alternate to a 5" 4:3 lcd that accepts rca/rgb
on alibaba.com

i achieved some level of success with quoted prices ranging from 35-70 usd for certain specifications

tips:
only go through with a transaction if they accept paypal, and only use paypal. i have heard nasty stories of rip offs via western money
ask for samples, just one unit

PSOne already takes RGB, and it's pretty cheap already.

Plus, Paypal is not perfect. You can still get scammed with Paypal.
EDIT: Suggestion! Use one of those fill once credit cards and attach that to a paypal account. Then at the most you lose whatever you put on the card.

what do you mean "that" 5" screen. theres heaps of them all with different prices and specs on alibab from different manufacturers

and im asking about a viable alternative because some of these lcd's boards are smaller than the psones and are already led modded plus they are made new..

PSone can be chopped down to nearly the size of the LCD...
