PM not sending messages?

Hi, I tried responding to a PM Ben sent me but it never went out of my outbox. ( Or did it )

I'm showing two messages I tried to send out but they never seem to leave my outbox. Is there a send button or something? What am I doing wrong? Thanks

The outbox shows messages you've sent. When they are marked as new that means the person hasn't read them yet.

Once the recipient reads your messages, it goes to the "Sent Messages" category.

No matter how you contact Ben, you rarely will get a response quickly unless you're buying stuff.
