He is having trouble with his post office, apparently(Atleast thats what he told me). I did receive one package from him a while back, but the second one he sent over 2 months ago has yet to arrive. I'm still going to give him the BOTD, because he has treated me awesomely in the past.

Hmm. So problems with post office, taking pictures, and communication? Ouch. Bad luck.
I'm sure hes a good guy, but a little communication can go along way. I could be totally overreacting though, as sometimes life takes its priorities and you can't do the things that you wish to do.
