I need a pretty intense custom job by someone very skilled

I really don't know what exact skills you would need for this, but I would like someone to make a couple replicas pieces from me. Honestly I have no idea what this would be worth.

Would anyone have the skills to make those? They are originally titanium but as I've read its very hard to work with.

What material would you use? How would you make them chrome? Just paint them, or would you dip them in something?
