my city does this curbside pickup thing every year. People throw out their TV's, computers, furniture, scrap wood, etc... come to think of it, my section was picked up this morning. Now that I have my lisence, I can now go to another area that gets picked up next week :)

My best finds at that were a few NES games and a broken Sega CD console. My uncle was even luckier: his neighbor was throwing out some old video game stuff. Inside the box (which he have to me :D ) was 3 NESs, 2 working, one boxed. One thing lead to another, and I found Ben's old site, which is why I'm here today :D

Wow its been a long time sence I've done anything like that. But I live within the are of two townships and the city I live in so I have two nights next to each other if I want to go around.

You know this reminds of the mischive me and my friends did during the black out of 2003.

that's right, I need to go to a game store near me and go dumpster diving. The one problem is that it's right next to a chinese buffet, and I wouldn't be surprised if they share a dumpster :(

At school I pulled:

a shopping cart
3 wooden baseball bats
2 soccer balls
4 volleyballs
8 baseballs
a lamp
a table
and an overhead projector
out of a scrap dumpster while I was helping pack and move a couple rooms accross the building to another wing.

Best find has to be a box of 50 some-odd SNES and Genesis games, and the actual consoles.
PS360Wii Fanboy FTW!
