I'm looking for the piece on the right here (except not melted) because when I was desoldering mine off my board, some of the pins broke off and it would be really difficult to fix it.
Anyone have this piece? Or a dead 360 that I could steal this piece from?

Couldn't you use an ethernet jack and separate USB jack from Digi-key or Mouser? Edit: Mouser actually has one pretty close to what you're looking for:
Mouser Part #571-6116151-1
It has 2 USB ports, but it would work fine if you only wire up one of the USB ports.

I've looked up the pinout, and while the USB is straight out, the ethernet goes through some circuitry first. See this:
That would have been great though. I have two wall ethernet jacks from failed installations (I'll install them sometime), but they won't work.
Hmm. I'll have to check that second mouser thing though. Not sure if that would work.
