PsOne portable

Hi, I would make a GCp but I understood that it was too hard for me. Now I want to make a PsOne portable, but I'm a noob in this domain ( and in english ^^' ).
So, I have a few question ( even those questions are already posted but I'm french and I need an easy english to understand ):

-can I use the Energymate ( here ) for the power of all the portable system ? ( screen + psone + other )
-how many money will cost this project ? ( I don't have any tools )
-Is there a french who can help me for a faster comprehension ?

Défectuosité soit à l'aide d'un traducteur pour taper les réponses. Ne pas utiliser cette batterie car il est gros et lourd. Ne faire une portalbe PSone n'est pas si cher, mais si vous avez besoin pour acheter des outils, il sera.
