Need some help with a (overclocked) consolized MVS...

Hi everybody! I have decided to build... The ultimate consolized MVS! Well, maybe not the ultimate, but it will have an overclock switch! (I hope... I'm probably too lazy to do it, lol) Anyway, I need some help.

1.Is a unibios any good?
2.Does anybody know where the stereo audio taps are for the model with the dips in the front? (2 slot)
3.Which is better? A neobitz or a JROK?
4.Why do the Cleveland Cavs always manage to lose in the playoffs?
