First thing I notice is there's a LOT of stuff on the homepage. Second thing I realize is that I have no idea what this company is selling.

A simpler home page with a description of what they actually do (with some pictures, video, links, etc.) would be far more effective. I just noticed the "Custom decor so simple it's stunning" slogan. This could be incorporated better into the site.

But the biggest thing is that it took me way too much digging to figure out that this company makes custom signs.

The site doesn't support higher resolutions very well (as in elements of it do not scale up). At 1920x1080, the site has a lot of wasted screen real-estate:
