Go to the link then scroll down and on the left it should say Interviews with the Internet 05 - Jon Jandran/Hailrazer.
Click that.
It works.

It is working perfectly for me now and thanks for your help

However, when I tried to download the file it is now playing it for me on this website "http://media.podcastingmanager.com/5/1/ ... -%2005.mp3" I thought I clicked download and wanted to save a copy for myself and keep it on my external HDD but apprently it wont let me save the file and keep it on my PC.

Any recommendations?

it was the only way to do it for me :S

Right click on the download button and click save as (or the similar in your browser).
