I'm going to be making a portable n64. Which batteries are better?

-or-
http://www.batteryspace.com/highpowerpo ... roved.aspx
Do they both work at 7.4V (2 in a series) and still power the n64 and the ps1 screen?
The only reason I'm asking this is because of my next question:
What does the 25A rate (1st link) and 50A rate (2nd link) mean? (I tried looking it up but that made me more confused, and I know they are expensive, thats why I'm asking before I buy them)
Which batteries?

Re: Which batteries?
That's just the max discharge rate which you won't get near. Either would be fine for an N64 portable.

Re: Which batteries?
what is the minimum discharge rate? I'm still looking around, and I found some high capacity ones:http://www.all-battery.com/polymerli-io ... 30104.aspx
I'm not sure what the discharge rate is on these (is it 10A?) will this work? they're cheaper.

Re: Which batteries?
So these should work. Well I've seen what you recommend for a pcb for these batteries:
http://www.batteryspace.com/highpowerpo ... arate.aspx
which is this one:
http://www.batteryspace.com/pcbfor74vli ... limit.aspx
but would that work on these:http://www.all-battery.com/polymerli-io ... 30104.aspx
I'd prefer to buy it from the same site as the batteries, but if they don't sell a compatible one, I'll buy it somewhere else. Could you provide me with a link from the all-battery website (if they have it. If they don't take your pick of a website, unless the ones you recommend work for these)
