Unidentified Assilant VS. Electricrain

ok, sorry for starting this thread, but i and probly many others are wondering why electricrain is staring at Unidentified Assilant and why Unidentified Assilant says screw you, what i'm seeing is this

How do you figure? Its half the size as mine, and isnt animated. I think It's quite slim.
