I'm ordering a 3.5" screen from ebay, it will be here within 2 weeks, as well as my batteries. My batteries are 2000 mAh Li-on kodak batteries, their 3V each. I'm getting ready to relocate the card slot.

Hrmmm... Though if you design the case with the Original Gameboy's colour scheme, it might be an interesting name.

they have the pearl color from polycase, i could get a new case. Plus relocating the card slot is a kick in the pants. I've tried braid, and pumps, but i can't get it relocated. 
i'm guessing it should fit in a SL-68P, then my screen wouldn't look as bad. (3.5 on a ZN-45, yes it would look kinda weird...)

You don't need to get a new case if you want a different color. just get some krylon fusion. It works well with plastic and does not need a primer.

build it yourself. its much cheaper than custom fabrication, and it is more satisfying. plus it really isnt hard to do.
